Bridge and pedestrian side on the Camuzzoni canal - Verona

Supply and installation of the following metal structures, located in Verona as described below:

• Roadway: steel deck with an orthotropic slab with a width of approximately 13.85 m with a single span made by longitudinal and transverse beams with center distances of approximately 1.54 m and 1.71 m, on which a stiff upper plate is welded. The steel used is painted carbon.
• Cycle and lateral tracks: supported on both sides of the bridge by a closed-section profile of painted carbon steel. Each box-shaped profile, without transversal diaphragms so as to allow the housing of the under-services inside, is supported by a pair of steel arches, having a height of about 5 m, to which it is connected by a series of tie rods .

The metal structures have the following dimensions:
BRIDGE

• structure length = about 34.32 mt
• structure width = about 13.85 mt

PEDESTRIAN

• structure length = about 27.76 mt
• structure width = about 3.88 mt

 
The bridge and the gangways are pre-assmeblate in a square in front of the site area, they are loaded on special platforms, at night they are transported and launched by crane truck in their final position.
